Bare Home in Forest Lake, MN is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This hands-on role partners with the Senior Financial Planning Analyst and executive leadership to build analyses that drive pricing, purchasing, channel and investment decisions.

You will handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and profitability analysis across revenue streams and product categories. This position offers real impact in a fast-growing e-commerce textiles business with 100M+

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and financial model construction.
• Strong understanding of revenue, margin, and cash flow relationships.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple requests and prioritize.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring financial reporting across revenue, margin, and expenses by channel.
• Analyze profitability by SKU, category, and channel including marketplace fees and freight.
• Support month-end close and explain drivers of variances.
• Develop summaries and visuals for executive leadership.
• Partner with BI on data sources, dashboards, and reporting consistency.
• Support Supply Chain, Marketplace and Operations with cost analysis.
