Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager Order Forecasting to lead a regional forecasting function and turn promotions, events, and weekly demand signals into accurate volume plans. You will partner with national and regional stakeholders to align forecasts and support profitable execution at the store level.

This remote role strengthens data quality, governance, and communication so frontline teams can order with confidence and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing/statistics or math.
• 7+ years in business management or technical analysis roles.
• 5+ years in product marketing, sales forecasting, or supply chain optimization.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with PROMPT and Margin Minder.
• Strong analytical problem-solving with ability to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional forecasting team to translate promotions/events into volume changes.
• Plan weekly operations for Mass and Club stores in the area.
• Coordinate with national/regional teams to align forecasts and manage discrepancies.
• Assist specialists in data analysis for events and ordering needs.
• Guide communication strategies to support product ordering and profitability.
• Measure data quality through governance processes for accurate forecasting inputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data collection and execution measurement.
