Job summary

Fractal is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead forecasting across consumer products and markets. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Analytics to translate demand signals into actionable plans that optimize inventory and supply decisions.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional early in their supply chain career, with a focus on forecasting accuracy, lifecycle planning, and S&OP support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, economics, analytics, or related.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience analyzing sales, demand, inventory, or operational data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across products, markets, customers, and channels.
• Track forecast accuracy, bias, sell-in vs forecast, and weeks of supply.
• Support new product introductions with launch forecasts and lifecycle planning.
• Prepare demand data and analyses for the monthly S&OP process.
