Job summary

FinOps seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical advisor for customers ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. You will monitor AWS environments, provide ongoing guidance, and help optimize cloud usage, cost efficiency, and adherence to best practices.

You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, lead cloud capability workshops, and deliver actionable recommendations while staying current on cloud optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, cloud FinOps, or cloud consulting.
• Proven ability to analyze large cost and usage datasets.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS usage and spend to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
