R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a driven leader to support the training and onboarding of associates in our Wichita, KS team.

You will recruit support staff, update operating guides, and drive ongoing education to improve performance across the financial counseling function. The role emphasizes mentorship, regular 1:1 coaching, and accountability for performance targets while coordinating with leadership to optimize staffing and coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a management role.

Aufgaben

• Support training and onboarding activities of new associates and assist with recruiting activities as needed.
• Develop content for and/or lead daily/weekly team meetings with staff and review financial counseling metrics.
• Supervise a team conducting financial screening for uninsured patients and identify financial assistance programs.
• Monitor and report on employee responsibilities, shift schedules, and leave coverage.
• Perform periodic site visits to assess financial counseling operations.
• Address escalated accounts and ensure timely service for elective admissions and tests.
