Job summary

Coinbase seeks a Senior Systems Analyst, Enterprise Apps (Finance) to drive automation across Zip, Netsuite and other financial systems. You will partner with Finance, Product, Sourcing and Legal to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will own platform administration, design scalable workflows, and lead testing and deployment across integrated finance apps. A collaborative, fast-paced, ownership-driven team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of system administration experience of Source to Pay systems like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite and other finance applications.
• 4+ years of hands-on configuration of Zip modules—Vendor Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Payables, NetSuite integrations.
• 3+ years of large-scale Sourcing/Procurement system implementations and middleware integrations (Zip AppStudio/Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi).
• 1+ years of AI tech—designing, building and deploying slackbots/workflow-based agents using n8n/Workato Genie.
• Strong understanding of integration principles: REST/SOAP, file-based integrations, event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of finance processes (Sourcing, Procurement, Payables, Vendor Management, General Accounting).
• Experience with Agile, Jira; production support and incident management.
• Willingness to learn new systems, wear multiple hats, and act autonomously.
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross‑functional technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for Zip, Navan, NetSuite and other financial applications.
• Analyze current business processes, perform fit/gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate Zip capabilities for Source to Pay, Order to Cash, General Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Perform platform administration, maintenance and support for Zip and boundary systems.
• Create engineering artifacts: Functional/Technical Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, and Business Architecture Diagrams.
• Design and build scalable Zip solutions: customizations, workflows, integrations and analytics/reporting.
• Collaborate with citizen developers and engineers to develop AI automations and agentic flows.
• Develop and execute test plans, lead integration and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in Agile maturity activities: observability, tech debt, automated testing, incident management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and fix defects, prioritizing by severity.
• Support transformation initiatives for Month End Closure and reporting.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos and user training sessions.
