Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, Enterprise Apps (Finance) to drive automation across Zip, NetSuite and other financial systems. You will partner with product, sourcing, legal and accounting to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You’ll join a tight-knit team focused on value delivery and continuous learning. You will design and implement integration patterns, lead testing, and support critical month-end processes while advancing AI enabled workflows

Qualifications

5+ years of system administration experience for Source to Pay and finance apps.
4+ years configuring Zip modules: vendor management, procurement, payables, tax, workflows.
3+ years implementing sourcing/procurement integrations via middleware.
1+ years building AI-powered automation and Slack bots using n8n or Workato Genie.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, data flows and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers and finance to implement the product roadmap for Zip, NetSuite, and others.
Analyze processes, perform fit/gap analysis, translate requirements to tech.
Administer and support Zip and boundary systems daily.
Create specifications and data flow diagrams.
Design scalable solutions in Zip and other apps with integrations.
Collaborate across teams to develop AI automations and agentic flows.
Lead test plans and coordinate integration and UAT.
Support Month End Closure and reporting improvements.
Conduct solution walkthroughs and user trainings.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and incident management.
Troubleshoot production issues and prioritize backlog.
