Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst for Enterprise Applications (Finance) to join the Enterprise Applications and Architecture team. You will drive automation across an integrated suite of enterprise systems, primarily supporting Zip, NetSuite and related financial technologies.

You will partner with product managers, sourcing, legal, accounting and security teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of system administration experience for Source to Pay systems like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite and other finance apps.
• 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Zip modules (Vendor Management, Sourcing, Pro­curement, Payables, Taxes, Customizations, Workflows, AI agents) and reporting.
• 3+ years of large-scale implementations of sourcing/procurement systems and integrations via middleware (Zip AppStudio/Workato/MulseSoft/Boomi).
• 1+ years of experience with AI technologies—designing, building and deploying chatbots and workflow-based agents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement roadmaps for Zip, Navan, NetSuite and other financial apps.
• Analyze business processes, perform fit/gap analysis, translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Zip and other apps including integrations and analytics.
• Develop and execute test plans; lead integration and user acceptance testing.
