Job summary

Coinbase, a remote-first but in-person collaboration-driven company, seeks a Senior Systems Analyst in Enterprise Applications (Finance) to drive automation across Zip, NetSuite and related financial platforms. You will partner with Product and finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and own platform administration.

Qualifications

5+ years of system administration experience of finance applications like Zip, NetSuite and related tools.
4+ years of hands-on configuration with Zip modules including vendor management, procurement, payables and reporting.
3+ years of large-scale implementations of sourcing/procurement systems and integrations via middleware.
1+ years of AI technologies for creating automation (Slackbot/workflow agents).
Strong knowledge of integration principles (APIs, file-based, event-driven).
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for Zip, Navan, NetSuite and other financial applications.
Analyze business processes, perform fit/gap analysis, translate requirements into technical solutions.
Demonstrate Zip capabilities for core processes: Source to Pay, Order to Cash, General Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Perform platform administration, maintenance and support on Zip and boundary systems.
Create engineering artifacts—Functional and Technical Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams and Business Architecture Diagrams.
Design and build scalable Zip-based solutions, including customizations, workflows, integrations and analytics/reporting.
Collaborate with citizen developers and engineers to develop AI automations and agentic flows.
Develop and execute test plans, lead integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams.
Participate in Agile maturity activities, incident and defect management.
Troubleshoot production issues and prioritize backlog by severity.
Support Month End Closings and reporting improvements.
Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos and user training sessions.
