Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years supporting and managing network infrastructure and devices.
• 3+ years leading field support teams.
• Experience in racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning network hardware.
• Strong IT/Telecoms knowledge including routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, IPT, RF.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced support for complex incidents escalated by analysts.
• Update knowledge base, train new team members, and coach analysts.
• Resolve complex service tickets with cross-functional teams and high security.
• Ensure first call resolution and maintain strong security posture.
