West Fraser is seeking a dynamic leader to guide eight field marketing professionals across assigned territories in the new home, multifamily, and building materials sectors. This remote role reports to senior sales and marketing leadership and requires travel within the region to support customers and team development.

You will set performance expectations, coach teammates, align regional plans with company objectives, build client relationships, and ensure consistent execution of marketing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in field marketing, sales, construction, building materials, or wood products.
• Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in home/construction markets, wood products, or field marketing.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees with performance management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, building materials, and codes.
• Ability to translate company objectives into regional plans and measurable goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of eight field marketing professionals across geographic territories.
• Set clear expectations, priorities, and performance objectives aligned with sales and marketing goals.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, field visits, and development planning to boost capability and readiness.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment in line with West Fraser values.
• Allocate territories and workloads to support market coverage and team productivity.
