West Fraser is seeking a senior leader to direct a team of eight field marketing professionals across assigned territories, aligning regional plans with sales and marketing objectives. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and strategic execution in a remote position with regular travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in field marketing, sales, construction, building materials, or wood products.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in home/construction/building materials or related industries.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees with performance management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, building materials, codes, product applications, and customer needs.
• Ability to translate objectives into regional plans with measurable goals and execution.
• Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of eight field marketing professionals across territories.
• Align team goals with sales and marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, field visits, and development planning.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, collaborative work environment.
• Allocate territories, accounts, and workloads for market coverage and productivity.
• Guide regional marketing programs with pro-dealers, retailers, builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and industrial customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through service and proactive support.
• Promote West Fraser products with consistent messaging.
• Serve as SME and coordinate internal support for technical questions and product applications.
• Oversee market intelligence and reporting on product usage, activity, needs, and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, mill operations, HR, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Review plans, budgets, and results; identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Represent West Fraser at meetings, events, and conferences.
• Contribute field perspectives to planning, product strategy, sales initiatives, and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability, teamwork, and responsible decision-making.
