Job summary

Land O’Lakes is seeking a Senior Feed Sales Representative for the Mid-South region. This remote field-based role focuses on selling and retail support within the Farm & Ranch channel, building retailer relationships, and managing a broker team to achieve regional objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years of store-level selling experience, and is willing to travel about 70% of the time (2–3 overnight stays weekly).

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience training at store-level with a focus on selling.

Responsibilities

• Elevate Purina Feed brand presence in stores to higher levels.
• Partner with retailer District Managers for training and selling Purina products.
• Coordinate communication between Purina Marketing, Field Sales and Retail Operations.
• Direct broker retail team to achieve key retail objectives.
• Support regional events and participate in HQ sales calls when needed.
