Land O'Lakes, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Territory Manager (GA, AL, TN) to drive sales and retail support for the Farm & Ranch Agricultural Retail channel in the Mid-South region, primarily Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Tennessee.

This remote field-based role focuses on building retailer relationships and coordinating with a third-party broker team. The ideal candidate will manage training with retailers, align with marketing and operations, and travel ~70% of the time to achieve regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2+ years’ experience training at store-level with a focus on selling (consumer packaged goods or related retail).
• Travel: 70% (2–3 overnight stays each week).

Responsibilities

• Elevate Purina Feed brand in-store conditions and presence by influencing farm and ranch operations management.
• Partner with retailer District Managers for training new and existing stores and selling in Purina products.
• Manage communication between Purina Marketing, Field Sales and Retail Operations.
• Lead and motivate broker retail team within a geographic area to meet key retail/store objectives.
• Coordinate regional event support and participate in headquarter sales calls as needed.
