Job summary

Bodwé Professional Services Group is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to own RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, coordinate with Capture and SMEs, and ensure compliant, high-quality federal submissions. Lead content development, graphics, and price-to-win strategies across concurrent bids.

You will mentor junior staff, manage CRM and filing, and work with a remote team across the Federal sector. Travel up to 10% to headquarters and client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years federal proposal experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
• Experience with SF1449s and federal solicitations.
• APMP Certified Practitioner preferred.
• Ability to work on Federal Capture Team.

Responsibilities

• Owns the RFP, RFI, and RFQ process end-to-end.
• Develops content, pricing strategies, and past performance materials.
• Ensures compliance, formatting, and quality of submissions.
• Mentors junior staff and manages multiple deliverables.
