Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Contracts Administrator with extensive federal contracting experience to oversee prime and subcontract lifecycles and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.

This remote role reports to the Director of Contracts, requires independent management of complex contracts across lifecycle, including GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, and interaction with program management, finance, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of full contract and subcontract lifecycle management, negotiation, and proposal development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the FAR and DFAR supplements.
• Experience with complex contracting and negotiations including GWAC, IDIQs, CPFF, T&M, FFP.
• Proficiency with Unanet, MS Office and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov, FPDS, PIEE/WAWF, CPARS, GovConnect / GSA FAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and manage contracts, NDAs, TAs, subcontracts, 1099 agreements, proposals and all related files.
• Maintain day-to-day oversight of federal prime contracts including GSA Schedules, IDIQs, MACs from inception to closeout.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to review terms, identify gaps, and mitigate risks.
• Identify risks and lead resolution with internal teams and government counterparts.
• Ensure delivery of contractual deliverables and timely CPARS responses.
• Coordinate with Finance for contract values, funding, timekeeping and billing.
• Maintain contract files in Unanet and ensure data accuracy.
• Support Business Development with data calls, due dates and RFP submissions.
• Submit quarterly SRS and IFF payments for GSA Schedule(s).
• Plan and schedule compliance activities, including audits by GSA and DCAA.
• Develop SOPs, templates, checklists for audit readiness.
