This role drives post-award operational management and pre-award capture support, combining sharp attention to detail with proactive internal and external stakeholder service.

The position requires 3-5 years of federal contract coordination experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of federal contract/subcontract coordination experience.
• Solid understanding of FAR/DFARS principles and contract types.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct post-award administration of active federal prime contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance.
• Execute day-to-day post-award actions including modifications, funding actions, extensions, and options.
• Monitor cost, schedule, performance, and invoices; evaluate funding and milestones.
