Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MS preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with cryptographic modules.
• 3+ years of experience with certification schemes (Common Criteria, FIPS, DoDIN).
• 4+ years of experience in roles handling government certifications or security testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of Common Criteria, FIPS, and DoDIN certifications across all HPE Networking product lines.
• Represent HPE Networking with accredited labs during the evaluation process.
• Assist in generation of documentation (e.g. FIPS security policies, CC security targets).
• Provide consulting and guidance to developers and QA on certification processes.
• Attend meetings with labs and engineering/QA to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate gaps identified by labs to engineering for remediation.
• Monitor government standards and inform management of changes affecting releases.
• Assist in development and maintenance of FIPS compliant cryptographic modules.
