Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring for a role within the Networking security group focused on certification and cryptographic modules. You will collaborate with accredited labs, develop documentation, and advise developers and QA on how certification works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with cryptographic modules
• Minimum 3 years of experience with certification schemes (Common Criteria, FIPS, DoDIN)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in roles handling government certifications or security testing

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing Common Criteria, FIPS, and DoDIN certifications across HPE Networking products.
• Represent HPE Networking with accredited labs during evaluations.
• Help generate documentation (FIPS policies, CC security targets) with editors or directly.
• Provide consulting to developers and QA on how certification works.
• Attend regular meetings with labs and engineering/QA to keep milestones on track.
• Communicate gaps found by labs to engineering/product teams for remediation.
• Monitor government standards and alert management when changes impact releases.
• Assist in developing and maintaining FIPS-compliant cryptographic modules.
