Job summary

RSC2 Incorporated in the National Capitol Region seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead the analysis and design of the portfolio-management operating model and develop a roadmap for acquisition portfolio management implementation. You will develop processes, governance interfaces, and performance measures to support strategic value and program outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, map current and future states, and ensure compliance with DHS/CISA standards

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of relevant experience with at least two years leading process-analysis or process-improvement efforts.
• Certifications in business analysis or process-improvement are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of enterprise inventory and define data requirements across multiple programs and investments.
• Design and document an Acquisition Portfolio Performance Management Process including cost, schedule, technical performance, value, resources, and risk.
• Lead analysis and design of the portfolio-management operating model.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows and define decision points, roles, governance interfaces, and handoffs.
• Develop pathway-selection and portfolio-assessment processes.
• Evaluate maturity and craft an implementation roadmap.
