The role emphasizes cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled automation within a large federal portfolio. Remote within the United States with ET working hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering and architecture experience, including principal/enterprise architect roles.
- Proven ownership of enterprise architecture and target-state strategy for large portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Develop target-state solution architectures and transition roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Lead portfolio-wide rationalization, assess applications/databases for value and health.
- Create portfolio reference architectures, design patterns, and integration standards.
- Serve as senior technical advisor to FAA stakeholders translating strategy into cost, schedule and risk.
