Job summary

Enterprise Engineering Services (EES) is seeking a full-time Software Developer to support FAA modernization programs from Reston, VA. You will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software and collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of software development experience, strong FAA standards knowledge, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAA standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience developing software using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software for FAA programs.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and cybersecurity professionals to meet requirements.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and documentation.
• Work onsite in Reston, VA and support compliance and security standards.
