Kentro is seeking a Business Analyst III to support FAA's ATLAS initiative. This remote role will analyze portfolios, gather requirements, and develop metrics and dashboards to guide modernization efforts.

You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with architects, and prepare executive briefings for program leadership. Remote within the United States, ET hours, with a compensation range of $99,000-$118,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 5-7 years of IT portfolio management, application rationalization, or modernization.
• Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into executive recommendations.
• Experience with SQL or equivalent data-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support FAA portfolio rationalization through discovery, inventory, and analysis.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document sources, ownership, and gaps.
• Develop traceable portfolio inventories and dependency maps.
• Identify opportunities for consolidation, modernization, or retirement.
• Analyze relationships between business capabilities and IT assets.
• Develop business cases and decision-support materials for modernization outcomes.
• Translate needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support current and future-state architectures with architects.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to track portfolio health and outcomes.
• Prepare executive briefings and recommendations for FAA leadership.
