Qualifications

• Experience with software/ encryption export classifications and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct export classification reviews for software and technology.
• Prepare global licenses and deemed export declarations.
• Track license expirations and renewals, both US and non-US.
• Manage compliance reporting for licenses and authorizations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and perform enterprise risk assessments.
• Develop and manage metrics for management reporting on export compliance.
• Support additional projects within the global trade compliance program.
