Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Manager, Export Compliance to lead and elevate our global trade compliance program. You will shape strategy, oversee EAR/OFAC compliance, and align with international regulations to support growth in HPC, AI, and cloud technologies.

The role requires 12+ years in export compliance, with 7+ in leadership, strong risk management, and experience transforming processes with ERP and analytics tools. This is a strategic, senior leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive export compliance experience, 7+ in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of EAR, OFAC, ITAR and international trade regimes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global export compliance program and set strategy.
• Ensure EAR/OFAC compliance and alignment with EU/Asia regulations.
• Oversee licensing, classifications, and sanctions screening activities.
• Partner with legal, IT, and supply chain to embed compliance into operations.
• Develop training and guidance for executives and staff.
