ThinkingAhead is an established executive search firm offering fully remote, W-2 opportunities to build and manage your own executive search practice. Develop clients, generate search assignments, recruit top candidates, and own the process from kickoff to placement.

You will prospect, initiate conversations, win business, and own searches with autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and the support of a seasoned firm behind you.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruiting, executive search, staffing, or B2B sales.
• Strong business-development and hunter mindset.
• Comfortable prospecting and initiating cold conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Identify hiring needs and convert conversations into search assignments.
• Source, assess, and recruit high-performing candidates.
• Manage searches from initial client conversation through offer acceptance.
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships within a specialized market.
• Independently manage your pipeline, priorities, and daily activity.
