Job summary

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is seeking a Senior Manager, Events to develop and execute end-to-end event strategies across signature and program events, with a focus on revenue opportunities and brand alignment with TMCF standards. This role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and budget oversight.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Events, you will manage full lifecycle logistics, vendor negotiations, branding collateral, and on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality, events, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing live events and bespoke activations, with lean budgets.
• Creativity and ability to deliver high-quality experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle event logistics for signature, program, and other events, including on-site production and vendor contracts.
• Develop branding plans and collateral with the creative services team for meetings and events.
• Identify revenue/in-kind opportunities and optimize ROI across activations.
• Review and reconcile invoices, deposits, and budgets for assigned portfolios.
• Coordinate program planning meetings to ensure objectives are met and stakeholders are informed.
