Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Specialist to lead demand generation events across the Americas, including Tier 1 conferences, trade shows and flagship events. This is a 100% remote role with a hybrid option for candidates near our Chicago headquarters, with travel up to 20%.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales and cross-functional teams to plan, execute and analyze the impact of events, driving high-quality pipeline. Strong SaaS event marketing background is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company.
• Experience leading large-scale conferences/trade shows (e.g. Black Hat, RSA, Identiverse).
• Ability to drive multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs.
• Results-driven self-starter with strong communication and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of demand generation events across the Americas, including Tier 1 conferences and trade shows.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for corporate, public sector and demand gen events.
• Oversee inventory management systems, including swag and trade show assets.
• Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders on materials and branding.
• Coordinate vendor negotiations, budgets, booth design and on-site event execution.
• Partner with sales and marketing operations to track event-sourced pipeline and ROI against targets.
• Provide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams and segments.
• Proactively manage events list and internal calendars.
• Travel up to 20% for on-site event execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to enhance strategy.
