Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive corporate event management experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream events.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-workstream events from intake to onsite execution and post-event close.
• Shape event strategy with business partners and senior stakeholders.
• Align events with growth objectives and attendee experience goals.
• Design attendee experiences and activations reflecting brand values.
• Manage venue sourcing, contracting, F&B, and onsite operations.
• Lead audiovisual planning and event technology usage.
• Develop post-event debriefs and report results.
• Oversee budget and cost controls across the event lifecycle.
