You will collaborate with Estimating, Preconstruction, PM, Purchasing and Engineering teams, delivering precise, competitive cost estimates in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes self-perform and subcontracted scopes, vendor/subcontractor relations, and continuous improvement of estimating data with a focus

Qualifications

• Estimating experience in substations, transmission and distribution systems.
• Experience with EPC estimates and coordination with project teams.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; adept with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels and types of estimating, planning, scheduling and cost engineering.
• Prepare material take-offs for HV/MV utility projects and review quotes.
• Develop and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships; evaluate pricing.
• Lead junior estimators and ensure accurate, timely estimates.
• Interpret plans and specs for high-stakes HV/Substation projects.
