Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proficient in GoLang and DevOps automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Exceptional communication skills for managing crisis situations
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Own high-severity technical escalations, conducting troubleshooting and code reviews
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to resolve root causes
• Coach Technical Services Engineers to enhance team knowledge and efficiency
• Analyze telemetry to identify vulnerabilities and improve product stability
• Develop high-value documentation to minimize mean-time-to-resolution
