Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
5-7 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
At least 3-5 years of mergers and acquisitions experience with end-to-end integration lifecycle.
Experience with ERP integrations on Oracle, SAP, or Workday.

Responsibilities

M&A integration planning: translate due diligence findings into comprehensive integration plans for assigned functions, aligning with objectives and timelines.
ERP integration and migration: lead workstreams involving ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday) focusing on Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury.
Project execution and delivery: manage day-to-day execution, timelines, resources, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
Stakeholder alignment and leadership: secure alignment from senior leadership and functional leaders; establish clear expectations and communication.
Cross-functional coordination: partner with executives, acquired businesses, IMO, and vendors to maintain alignment across workstreams.
Progress monitoring and reporting: facilitate workstream meetings, track actions, escalate risks, and provide timely status updates to leadership.
Change management and risk mitigation: identify challenges early, manage risks, support stakeholders through changes, ensure alignment with needs.
Process governance and quality assurance: apply PM methodologies to ensure transparency and quality across initiatives.
Post-integration evaluation: conduct postmortems, document lessons learned, and incorporate improvements.
Integration playbooks and continuous improvement: support development of playbooks and tooling; suggest process improvements.
Team development and coaching: provide PM guidance to team members and promote collaboration.
