Job summary

IQVIA’s Sponsor-Dedicated FSP team is seeking a Senior Epidemiologist to advance real-world evidence for a single sponsor, leveraging HealthVerity, Pharmetrics Plus and TriNetX to inform regulatory and safety decisions. This fully remote role is based in the United States.

You will design observational studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics and RWE, and help generate evidence across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• PhD/DrPH in Epidemiology or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of epidemiology experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting clinical development and/or drug safety.
• Strong observational research methods and real-world data usage.

Responsibilities

• Design observational studies to address regulatory and safety questions.
• Evaluate safety profiles and develop evidence strategies for regulatory interactions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics and Real-World Evidence teams.
• Interpret epidemiologic findings to support lifecycle decisions.
