Job summary

Nexiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Epic Systems Analyst for a 12+ month contract-to-hire role. This fully remote position requires Epic Payer experience and Epic certification.

You will configure, rollout, and support Epic Payer Platform applications while collaborating with end-users to resolve issues and optimize workflows. Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years of Epic module systems administration, strong communication, and project management skills, with a focus on delivering enterprise-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5-7+ years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification/Accreditation.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic Payer Platform applications.
• Conducting business and systems analysis to define requirements and document processes.
• Designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic Payer Platform software to meet user needs.
• Working with end-users to identify and resolve system issues.
• Develops and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience and onboarding enterprise-level solutions.
• Configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and improve practices.
• Contributing to and managing medium to large projects independently, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Demonstrating analytical problem-solving to complete complex assignments and drive process improvements.
