Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7+ years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification/Accreditation.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Payer Platform apps.
• Conduct business and systems analysis to define requirements.
• Design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Work with end-users to resolve system issues.
• Develop workflow analyses and optimize user experience.
• Maintain Epic environments and implement standardized workflows.
• Contribute to and manage medium to large projects with stakeholders.
• Analyze problems with root cause analysis and drive improvements.
