Presbyterian Healthcare Services is hiring a Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst specializing in Professional Billing to join our team. The role focuses on in-depth Epic system configuration, workflow analysis, and collaboration with SMEs and end users to tailor Epic solutions for our organization.

This is a full-time exempt position based out of Reverend Hugh Cooper Administrative Center with flexible options.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years IT or business experience.
• 2 years of Epic specific experience.
• Epic certified in supporting application.
• Proficiency/certifications in related areas preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide tier-2 support of Epic incidents with 24/7 on‑call coverage.
• Analyze incidents, upgrades, and projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop requirements, test cases, and ensure scripts reflect workflows.
• Modify Epic records and master files to support design changes.
• Lead meetings, document notes, and drive next steps.
• Mentor teammates and present solutions to end users.
