Job summary

This 12-month contract-to-hire, 100% remote role requires 5–7+ years Epic experience and Epic Certification; strong communication and project coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7+ years in Epic modules.
• Epic Certification or Accreditation required.
• Experience with analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and systems analysis to define requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical needs.
• Document workflows and processes, current and future state.
• Translate business needs into Epic solutions with users and stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, and support Epic Payer Platform applications.
• Configure Epic environments to support workflows.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
• Evaluate new Epic functionality and recommend improvements.
• Identify optimization opportunities and document workflows.
• Provide end-user support and issue resolution.
• Configure changes and maintain standardized workflows.
• Manage medium- to large-scale Epic projects and communicate status.
• Drive process improvement and enterprise-wide benefits.
