Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Analyst - Ambulatory Care to join our Project Delivery Team. This role emphasizes remote work with occasional on-site client visits and requires deep expertise in Epic systems and ambulatory modules.

You will lead configuration, testing, and end-user training, collaborate with business partners across design and implementation, and ensure SDLC best practices are followed to deliver large-scale healthcare implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years collaborating with business partners during design and implementation activities.
• 5+ years hands-on Epic build experience.
• 5+ years working with application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support.
• 5+ years of analytical problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Epic implementation work: configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Epic system issues and conduct system testing/validation.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Epic applications.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.
