Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Active Epic Ambulatory certification required; additional module certs preferred (Cadence/billing/patient flow).
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery for ambulatory build projects.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design Epic architecture and reusable build patterns for digital enablement pilots.
• Translate clinical/operational workflows into durable Ambulatory builds.
• Define release, testing, and stabilization strategies from pilot to scale.
• Serve as senior Ambulatory partner for Digital Enablement Strike Teams.
• Maintain build standards, artifacts, and handoff materials for operations.
• Guide Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and releases.
• Coordinate work across clinical, operational, Epic, reporting, security, integration, and vendor teams.
• Perform advanced analysis of workflows, data needs, risks, and readiness for deployment.
• Lead configuration, testing, validation, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Identify process improvements and ensure safe, scalable embedding of digital tools.
