Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced EPIC Care Companion Senior Consultant to join our Project Delivery Talent Model. This onsite role emphasizes long-term client service delivery with limited travel, and focuses on designing and configuring Epic Care Companion care plans and workflows.

You will collaborate with business partners throughout design and implementation, configure care plans, tests and go-live activities, and ensure thorough technical documentation and change control.

Qualifications

• Active Epic MyChart or Ambulatory certification, preferably with Care Companion badge.
• 5+ years of Epic Care Companion build, implementation and support.
• 5+ years of collaboration with business partners throughout design and implementation.
• 5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience configuring Care Companion.
• 5+ years of experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support.
• 5+ years analytical problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation.
• Demonstrative understanding of change control processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Epic Care Companion care plans, task lists, educational materials, and reminders to specific patient populations (e.g. routine pregnancy, chronic kidney disease, surgical care journey).
• Configure, build and implement Epic Care Companion care plans.
