Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Enterprise Systems to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP and business transformation programs across multiple workstreams. The role emphasizes ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and business value while partnering with business and tech leaders.

Ideal candidates have 10-12+ years of senior delivery experience, strong Oracle cloud/ERP familiarity, and PMP or equivalent certifications.

Qualifications

10-12+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
Proven experience leading large-scale implementations, migrations, upgrades, or transformations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E‑Business Suite.
Experience with PMO/PPM and collaboration tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, multi-phase enterprise technology programs from planning through deployment and value realization.
Own program scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Build alignment across matrixed organizations and drive decisions without direct authority.
Establish and lead program governance including Steering Committees, change control, and executive reporting.
