Jobgether SRL is seeking a Manager Enterprise Authorization Services to lead a US-based team responsible for insurance verification, pre-authorization, and timely processing of services. The role focuses on revenue protection, patient access, and denial reduction in a complex healthcare environment.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with billing, revenue cycle, clinical, and administrative teams, monitor payer requirements, and drive process improvements to strengthen operational

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in healthcare accounts receivable management, billing, and collections.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• CHFP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare authorization processes, managed care, utilization management, and inpatient/outpatient services.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the authorization services team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, scheduling, workload allocation, and recognition.
• Oversee insurance verification, pre-certification, and prior authorization activities for assigned services within timeframes.
• Develop and implement workflows to improve authorization performance and reduce denials.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance; conduct audits and address gaps.
• Communicate authorization risks and delays to leadership with mitigation plans.
