Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior Insurance Authorization Specialist to support authorization and verification for patients. You will collaborate with the Insurance Authorization I team, validate demographics and insurance details, and ensure coverage meets plan requirements for payment.

This remote role may require occasional on-site work. 1–3 years in a similar role, HS diploma, and CRCR within 9 months are preferred; compensation ranges from $18.65 to $23.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be inquisitive and open to AI-enabled process improvements.
• High School Diploma/GED required; CRCR within 9 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Support Insurance Authorization I staff by selecting accurate records and obtaining insurance information.
• Submit authorization requests to insurance companies and liaise with physicians to secure approvals.
• Assist in training and mentoring new hires and escalate issues as needed.
