Job summary

Virta Health is seeking a Front End Lead Specialist to own complex client billing configurations and manage Data and Charge Entry contractors. You will bridge implementation, operations, and analytics, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.

You will lead cross‑functional work with Engineering, Credentialing, Eligibility, and Finance, improving workflows and documenting processes for scalable revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Proven success managing complex accounts, handling escalations, and resolving issues.
• Experience overseeing Data and Charge Entry contractors and FTEs.
• Advanced understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding and payer policies.
• Experience leading small projects or process improvements with data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the configuration and setup of new client billing accounts for operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Credentialing, Eligibility, Finance to ensure onboarding and payment setup.
• Maintain and evolve documentation for onboarding, configuration, and customer contracts.
• Own the Price Book and ensure billing accuracy across payer setups.
• Lead billing tests to validate configurations and prevent issues.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements and automation.
