Job summary

Ekspert Counsel is seeking a Litigation Supervisor for its Family Defense Practice. This remote role, based out of Bronx, NY, will oversee and mentor attorneys representing indigent clients in family defense matters, combining leadership with program development and policy initiatives.

The position requires a J.D. and New York admission (or eligibility), 4–6 years in Family Defense or 7+ years in related public-interest litigation, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. and New York admission (or eligibility) required.
• 4–6 years of Family Defense experience or 7+ years in related public interest litigation.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent litigation, leadership, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of attorneys.
