Zusammenfassung

Cognizant is seeking an LTC Level 3 Engineer – Endpoint & Legacy Platform Support to provide advanced technical support for complex endpoint and legacy platform issues. This remote role spans the USA, with ownership of investigation, remediation, and cross-team coordination until resolution.

The role covers modern endpoint services, OS upgrades, and critical business applications, including Entra ID, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Citrix, and VDI, with strong emphasis on documented solutions and knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Experience with enterprise endpoint management and legacy platforms.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop safe fixes.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 teams.
• Coordinate cross-team actions during escalations.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and resolve complex escalated issues across Intune, Entra ID, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Citrix, VDI, and more.
• Provide guidance to L1/L2 teams for recurring incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis for high-impact issues.
• Own endpoint management, OS upgrades, and security remediation.
• Support Entra ID migrations and endpoint deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders and document runbooks.
