The role focuses on advanced IT support for endpoint migration projects and stabilisation, partnering with Endpoint Engineering, Infrastructure and Security teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise IT support, strong Windows/M365 troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, AD/Entra ID, and security policy

Qualificações

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise IT support or service desk operations.
• Tier 3 / advanced technical support in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with endpoint migrations and deployments at scale.
• Must be 8570 compliant.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint migration, deployment, provisioning, and stabilization.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows endpoint issues across OS, apps, profiles, and networking.
• Support migration activities including device replacement and OS upgrades.
• Investigate and resolve migration failures and recurring incidents; mentor Tier 1/2 teams.
• Collaborate with Endpoint Engineering to identify root causes and remediation plans.
• Manage endpoint platforms like Intune, MECM, Autopilot, and Entra ID; assist with security controls.
