Job summary

Darkhive, LLC is seeking a Senior Embedded Linux Engineer to design and maintain kernel drivers for embedded platforms, wireless modules, and camera sensors. Remote with up to 25% travel to HQ, and U.S. security clearance eligibility is required.

You will work with Qualcomm Snapdragon, Yocto, and cross‑compile toolchains, collaborating with hardware teams to bring up new boards and ensure system stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Linux kernel drivers and low‑level system software for embedded compute platforms and wireless modules.
• Port and debug embedded Linux builds on Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware teams during board bring‑up and validation.
• Support integration and troubleshooting for customers at driver and system level.
• Optimize embedded systems for performance and RF compliance.
