First Point Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering strategy, technical execution, and project team oversight across large-scale, complex projects. This role focuses on major project types including pharmaceuticals, hospitals, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical facilities, and other high-value electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Active PE license required.
• Experience delivering large electrical projects (40M+).
• Strong leadership and ability to oversee multiple teams.
• Extensive knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, grounding and lighting.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical engineering teams on complex, large-scale projects with $40M+ scope.
• Provide technical leadership across healthcare, pharma, advanced manufacturing and mission-critical sectors.
• Oversee electrical design, standards, constructability, and delivery strategy.
• Support design, preconstruction through construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Review and approve technical packages, calculations, specs and docs.
• Mentor and develop electrical teams across projects and regions.
• Act as senior technical point of contact for clients and project leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, preconstruction and field leadership to ensure delivery.
• Drive quality, innovation and best practices in electrical engineering.
