Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering across our regional and global Data Center Design and Construction teams. You will act as the senior technical reviewer for complex, high-risk electrical systems, ensuring quality and scalable standards.

Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in data center, mission-critical engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of critical power systems, protection, codes/standards.
- Ability to balance power architecture, resilience, and schedule risks.
- Strong communication to influence consultants and leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead electrical strategy for major data center builds and upgrades.
- Govern reviews, maintain global standards, and basis of design documents.
- Lead evaluations for HV/MV/LV, standby gen, UPS, BESS, grounding, and power quality.
- Partner with Supply Chain on OFCI equipment and lead root-cause investigations.
- Collaborate across teams and mentor less experienced engineers.
